When I joined NewBingoBilly, l had no idea
what a miserable experience it would turn out to be. Right from the beginning I
had many issues with the site. It didn’t take me long to figure out the company
was nothing but a NewBingoBilly scam. And they used all kinds of tactics to
make money at the player’s expense.
My first issue with the site was that they
offered a discount on joining. To be more accurate, they lured me into joining
by offering the discount but once that was done, I realised that this would end
up being much more expensive. I ran through my deposit amount really fast and I
had to recharge twice in my very month. In hindsight, I ended up paying more in
playing charges because of the NewBingoBilly scam than what would have been the
case with other bingo sites.
Anyways, I continued playing and was pretty
happy to be get back to bingo. It had been a while since I had played bingo and
I looked forward to becoming familiar with the online version. To my
disappointment, the site had only 2 game rooms for bingo. And what was worse is
that it hardly had any players. This was a far cry from the boisterous bingo
tournaments I was used to in my hometown. I still continued playing because I
was actually doing well.
By the end of my second week, I had managed
to make close to $2000 and I could not believe my own luck. I had made many
plans with the money and I could not wait for the month to end so that I could
collect the cheque. Sadly the cheque never came. There was some sort of
technical server problem and the support person told me to wait a few days. It
should have figured out about the NewBingoBilly scam at that point but I chose
to listen to them.
When I did call them back a few days later,
they now said the servers were going through an upgrade and it would take the
company a couple of weeks to sort the issue. The agents then recommended that I
could keep playing more by reinvesting the earnings for the next couple of
weeks and that my payments would be released by then. I carefully considered
this and felt I could wait for a couple of weeks and also play a little bit of
bingo in that time. By now, I had fully become a victim of the NewBingoBilly
scam.
I could not win anything over the next
couple of weeks and my winnings were now down to $1200. The company then
reduced my winnings to $200 because I had apparently violated some player
agreements which was only brought into effect in the 2 weeks when they were
doing the upgrade. I wasn’t even informed of the changes and to this day, I
can’t understand what they meant by those newly laid out rules. One thing that
became clear was that this was just another tactic of the NewBingoBilly scam to
make money and deny me my payment.
I finally resigned to just getting my check
for $200 and again they came up with some sort of excuse. I was told that in
order to cash out, I would have to pay another deposit for the second month.
And the charges for that was even more than what the cheque was worth. I
decided against encashing the check and I knew well within myself that no
matter what I did, this company had no intention of releasing my payment. The
whole NewBingoBilly scam experience can be very bitter if you are the one at
the receiving end of it.
