My time with New Bingo Billy has been far from good and I am very disappointed at their quality of service. I joined the site hoping to have a great time playing Bingo which happens to be one of my favorite games of all time.
But what I got in return was a lot of grief and the whole experience turned out to be rather stressful leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
To start with, the site is poorly designed and looks really tacky. More than a decade into the new millennium, you would hope that online companies continually invest in their websites to give them a cutting edge appearance. With New Bingo Billy, the site looked like it belonged in the nineties. I was however willing to look past that since it came highly recommended by an office colleague and how disastrously wrong her opinion of the site turned out to be. She ended up losing a lot of money on the site as well shortly after recommending it to me.
My biggest issue with the site is that of slow payment.
When I pay deposit to play bingo online, I fully expect the site to keep up with its end of the deal. I spend hours of my time trying to win bingo tournaments online and it’s really bother me when they do not make payments on time. In the three months I used New Bingo Billy, they were late on 2 accounts both by up to a week which is completely unacceptable. If that was not bad enough, it was also really bothersome to repeatedly call customer care so that I could get an update on the issue. Sometimes the agents were downright rude and they would simply disconnect the call while I was still conversing with them.
By the end of 3 months, I was completely fed up with their abysmal levels of service and decided that I had had enough. If a site could delay payments by week, it is only time until the point where they would completely refuse to release your winnings. And I wasn’t wrong with that assumption since that was what exactly happened to my colleague.
She continued to use the site even when I told her that they couldn’t be trusted. She didn’t care about late payments as long they did pay finally. Just like I expected, one fine day they completely cut her off and she had to still receive more than $8000 in prize money. She tried everything but it all proved to be futile since New Bingo Billy simply stopped responding to mails and calls. This left her distraught and for a while she even contemplated legal action but finally had to admit to the truth that she was scammed by New Bingo Billy. I felt really bad about what happened to her but I really don’t think a lawsuit is going to bring down a scam like New Bingo Billy which has been around for more than a decade. Hundreds of users have tried all kinds of methods to get the site to pay up but nothing seems to have worked until now.
