When I joined New Bingo Billy, I had little
inkling of what it was going to happen. All I wanted was to play a game of
bingo whenever I could squeeze some time for it and what I got in return was a
lot of frustration and grief. Back then I had to no idea that the company which
owned the site was unprofessional and the whole set up was basically an online
scam. The main objective of the company seems to be to make money at any cost
and they made sure to use technique to pinch money from their clients.

I have had problems with New Bingo Billy
from the very first month. It is impossible to win any major tournament on its
site because the games are rigged. In the weekends when the site regularly
organizes big prize money contests, it has become common to see proxy players
participate in the game and walk away with the winnings. The strange thing here
is that the players suddenly appear mid way through the game and then end up
making an amazing array of moves to leave all leading players behind. And when
the same thing happens week after week, you either question your sanity or the
system at play. In my mind, there is no doubt that New Bingo Billy introduced
its own players so that it can keep all its winnings while the other players
are made to look like fools in the end.
I was enraged by these happenings and
decided to file a New Bingo Billy complaint with the customer support office.
They were not really helpful and I should have expected that. Instead, they
kept using all kinds of technical terms and software jargon to impress upon me
that rigging the software is practically impossible. I knew then and there that
these guys were all a bunch of cheats and have been specifically instructed by
their managers to shut players like me by throwing out useless computer jargon.

Already deflated about the fact that my New
Bingo Billy complaint was never resolved, I came to the decision that I would
stop using the site after the first month itself. I first needed to check if
these guys were prompt on their payments at least. Looking by the way things
had progressed so far that looked increasingly unlikely and I was virtually
setting myself up to be conned by these guys again. I still pursued with my
plan because I still had my deposit amount intact and there was no point in
simply wasting it. It made sense to at least try and see until the end of the
month what kind of the new rubbish the company would hurl at me this time and
boy they did not disappoint!
When I tried to withdraw my earnings of
$1500 which was basically what I scraped around from the site after their house
players walked away with most of the money- the withdrawal feature on the
software topped working. Talk about perfect timing!

So then obviously I had to call their
office to file another New Bingo Billy complaint. This time around the agent at
least promised to look into the issue and said that he would be back with an
update in a few hours. Those few hours actually turned out to be a week when I
was called an informed that issue still remained unresolved. The agent then
went on to tell me that my ID needed to be verified which is a standard
procedure and that it could take up to 3 months. I laughed out loud when he
said that while my face was simultaneously turning red with anger. When I filed
the New Bingo Billy complaint, I expected some kind of rubbish reason but these
guys managed to even surprise me.
I was quick to respond that why
verification wasn’t needed for other new players and I also enquired as to why
some of the players received the money on time while I didn’t? This question
was followed by a long silence. I guess the agent was trying to think of some
believable response.
Finally he decided to stick with the ‘This
is the company policy’ and that there is nothing that could be done about. This
proved to be another shocker for me. Since my New Bingo Billy complaint still
remained unresolved, all I was trying to do was to bait him and see if he would
speak the truth. Up until that point I had no idea that the company had been
paying payments to some players and that all new players did not require
verification. I really became angry when he fell silent because I realized that
the whole thing was just a scam and the company was basically either on the
verge of bankruptcy or they were simply picking and choosing who gets to have
the money at random.
Since I filed several New Bingo Billy
complaint, I guess it made it easier for the company to add me to their ‘This
guy is a pain. Avoid Him’ list which I suspect must be a rather long one.
Anyways, I knew there no point in more in trying to get the company to pay what
was owed to me. Thousand five hundred dollars is not a big enough amount either
to go after the company with attorneys. So I just decided to drop the issue and
wrote the money of as bad debts. There was nothing that could be done anymore
other to learn from this episode and to make sure it never happens again with
another site. It certainly won’t happen with New Bingo Billy because I am done
with it and I never want to see it again. For my own satisfaction and quite
frankly for the benefit of others, I have been writing reviews about the site
to inform people so that the same thing doesn’t happen to them.
