Make your site load faster. Ever heard of content distribution networks? Look closer into that option. New Bingo Billy, if you're listening, then that could very well save your business from going belly up. Players like me don't have the time to bear with this.
Work with another payment gateway. Players like me shouldn't be kept waiting, not even one day over the standard payout clearance period.
Respond quicker to support emails. New Bingo Billy players like me want answers, and we want it fast. We want to know why we can't log into your site, why your pages load slower than usual and why our payouts are getting delayed time and again, and we want to know these things right away. Not after 24 hours. We want answers now.
Finally, listen to players like me. Check the hundreds of NewBingoBilly complaints out there. Fix those problems. Apologize to us. For me, these could probably be the best things that you can do to save your bingo site. Otherwise, you’ll end up taking your site down from the Internet for good. Players like me don’t stay with businesses that don’t treat their customers very well. We should get premium support and problem-free services. This way, you won’t only get loyal players, but also effective word-of-mouth advertising, which can lead to more player signups.
