I have been using the online bingo site NewBingoBilly for a
little over 5 months now. My experience with the site has gone steadily
downhill. It has now reached a point where there is no turning back and I have
stopped using the site for good. I do keep coming back every once in a while
only because the company owes me money. I need to get more $10,000 in winnings
that I won by playing bingo games. The experience overall has been one of
frustration. I keep kicking myself for not deducing the obvious earlier. That NewBingoBilly
is a scam and there are no two ways about it.
When I joined the site, I wasn’t really looking to make much
money. I had not played bingo in a long while and when I heard from a friend
about online bingo, I wanted to try my luck with it. I came across NewBingoBilly
while casually surfing the web. I quite impressed with what they had to offer
new players. As a member, I could get more than 200 percent bonus in playing
charges once I make the initial deposit. None of the other sites offered this
kind of bonus to new players and the fact that the company has been awarded the
best online bingo site a number of times in recent years also made me want to
register with the site.
As I started playing, I began to have fun and soon enough I
started to look at how much money I could make. This was primarily because I
managed to make $500 just in my first week and that fuelled the desire in me to
play more. By the end of month, my earnings from the site stood at $2,500 and I
was even happy to get the check on time.
The problems slowly started from the second month. This time
payment was a bit late and I had to get in touch with the NewBingoBilly
complaints center to file multiple e-tickets. They finally sorted the issue
which took a couple of weeks. I should have suspicious back then but I figured
its natural for companies to experience these kinds of delays once in a while.
However things got way worse.
The attitude of the staff sitting at the NewBingoBilly
complaints center began to change and they were becoming more and more
discourteous. There was a delay in payment during the third month as well. The
staff stopped responding to my e-mails. This way, I would not even a get a
complaint ticket from them where should actually reply back acknowledging the
problem. In fact I sent half a dozen mails hoping for some kind of response.
I then began to call the operator hoping he would patch me
through to the NewBingoBilly complaints center. However this would take forever
and there have been times when I put on hold for almost 20 minutes. When I did
manage to get in touch within the staff, I was told to wager my earnings into
playing more games since there was a server issue and clearing payments would
take a couple of weeks. I decided then and there that I would not play another
game until I saw my money.
It’ s been a couple
of months since then and I am yet to receive the winnings. I have called NewBingoBilly
complaints center at least 50 times since then but I am yet to hear something
positive on my payment status. I have tried everything in my power but the
company wouldn’t budge. In the reviews that I read about NewBingoBilly, I
realized I was not the only one waiting for my reward money. There were
thousands of other players with some of them being owed as much as $25,000. The
other common complaint being that NewBingoBilly pays people selectively,
preferably those who play for long hours and don’t make much in terms of prize
money. I guess this explains how I got my first two payments. I am seriously
planning to take legal action against the company and I am hoping the court
will rule in my favour.
