Unfortunate That the NewBingoBilly Company Has Gone Rogue


I guess it was just a matter of time for the NewBingoBilly company to end up as another one of those online scams. In many ways this is an unfortunate end to a company which was doing well until a few years ago. I speak from personal experience as I had been a member of the site for many years.
It was one of the earliest online bingo sites to hit the web space and a lot of people turned up to try their luck on it. At that time, the site used to be abuzz with activity and there used to be many players aggressively competing to win. Today the NewBingoBilly rogue company is a pale shadow of its former self. In fact it is a disgrace. The site has 3 or 4 bingo rooms and sometimes there are not even a total of 4 people playing at any given point in time.
I don’t know exactly how its downfall was brought about. Maybe competition took its toll or bingo as a game is just not that popular. I however have theory of how the NewBingoBilly rogue company ended up in its present state. It went through a complete change in management a couple of years back and since then its been all downhill.
A site where delayed payments to customers used to be a rarity now was becoming increasingly common. Sometimes I waited 2 weeks to get my payment. This then became a 4 weeks and finally 6 weeks. I had had enough with the NewBingoBilly rogue company and decided it was enough. I knew the next time I played, I would never get any money. I guess the site was now just a few days away from being a complete defaulter and I was proved right. Many of my friends who continued playing did not get paid the next month. They too exited the NewBingoBilly rogue company and were disgusted the way they had been treated by the newly appointed customer support team. They had been playing on the site for years and the guys at the help desk treated them with complete disrespect and were not really bothered to help out.
In a way, you cannot blame the support staff. They follow the directions provided by their employers which is the NewBingoBilly rogue company. If the company is not going to set a fine example, what good is to expect that the customer support team would be any better?
So the decline of the NewBingoBilly rogue company has been quick and happened over a period of 3 to 4 months. Earlier, I used to see so many good reviews about the site on the net. Today they have all been gobbled up and all I see is complaints. The users address the site as the NewBingoBilly rogue company or the NewBingoBilly rogue scam.
That’s a huge fall for a company that was awarded the best bingo site online an amazing 6 times in 10 years. Anyways nothing can be done about it now. The guys who run the company are a bunch of frauds and I hope for the sake of some of the former players, the frauds are captured and sent to prison. That is the only way some of these people will get to see some semblance of justice. Till then the company would continue to keep scamming innocent players. Hopefully a few of them would come across reviews like these before making that deposit on the site.
