I
really regret the day when I made the decision to join New Bingo Billy. My
experience with the site has been far from easy and has been plagued with all
kinds of problems. There have been software glitches and with the games hanging
up mid way which is to me is a big turn off. A couple of times I was also
course to win but then lost all the progress I had made when the software
stopped working. I called up customer care and spilt all my rage at them by
filing one New Bingo Billy complaint after the other. However in the overall
context of things, I was even willing to look past this issue because there
were other more serious problems with the site. And that has to be do with
being prompt with payments.
People
take up online gaming not just to have a bit of fun but to also make some
money. And when I joined New Bingo Billy, that was my intention as well. I was
looking to hopefully make a few thousand dollars a month. But when you do make
the money, and the site delays releasing the payment to you, it is not a good
position to be in. It frustrates you and makes you very angry. In my first
month the company delayed payments by more than a week. They refused to look
into the issue until I filed a New Bingo Billy complaint and badgered them with
regular updates.
By
this point, I was really in two minds about whether I wanted to continue using
the site. The site obviously had its problems, but I was making good money from
it and I could always use some extra cash considering I am a single mother of 2
kids. However I was also a little worried about all the grief I would have to
go through if they started delaying payments again. So then I made a decision
to give this company one more chance. If they behaved the same way, I would of
course have no choice but to move on. And that is exactly what happened because
this time the delay was bigger than even the previous one.
I
had made a good deal of money this time round and again could not activate the
payment option. So I had no choice but to file a New Bingo Billy complaint. The
customer care support guy promised to look into the issue but everytime I
called him he would just rattle of some excuse that came at the top of his
head. But I was relentless and kept calling every 3 days to ask for updates on
the New Bingo Billy complaint. I think they finally got fed up with me and
released the payment finally even though it came 3 weeks late. Now that’s a big
delay and I was beyond fed up with this
site. I knew it was a matter of time before they stopped making payments all
together and I was by this point definitely done with making one New Bingo Billy complaint after another.
