New Bingo Billy is Constantly Plagued with Slow Payments


Have you ever been frustrated by an online gaming site for constantly delaying player payments? Well if you have, then you must also try the site New Bingo Billy, because it take the slow pay issue to a totally different level. In the two months that I have used the site, I have been driven to the point of despair because of the New Bingo Billy slow pay issue.

It all started when a friend of mine at work recommended the site to me saying it was really good. She had seen me play bingo in one of the gaming parlors which I tend to visit once a month. I would like to visit the place more often but it is quite far away, as a result I could go only visit during the weekend. 

Anyways, when she recommended the site, I was genuinely curious. I had never tried online bingo before and didn’t really know what to think of it. So I decided to get a little adventurous not fully being aware of the kind of grief it would eventually bring me. I made up deposit and then started playing. Straight off,  I had a few issues with the site. The graphics looked so outdated. And there were not many players on the site as well. However these were minor contrivances when compared to the New BingoBilly slow pay issue. 

By the end of the month, my earnings from the site were good considering it was only my first month. When I tried to get the site to release my winnings, the button would just not work. I tried every twenty minutes over the next few hours and the result was the same. I finally decided to file a complaint so that the customer support team would look into the New Bingo Billy slow pay issue. When I mailed, I guess it went straight to the spam folder and was deleted because no body ever replied back and the problem remained unsolved. So I decided to call them on the landline number provided so that I could complain about the New Bingo Billy slow pay problem to them directly.

Even that didn’t work very well but at least it was successful to the point where they could not fake ignorance anymore. They promised to look into the issue whilst I didn’t feel all that assured because the guy on the other end of the phone couldn’t have sounded more bored. So I decided the best course of action to take here was to call them every 3 days to get an update on the New Bingo Billy slow pay issue. This turned out to be a huge test in patience for me as I was subjected to all kinds of insults.

Every time, I called they would say some kind of excuse or the other. It would either be a server problem or a routine maintenance or some other rubbish. Either way, my New Bingo Billy slow pay issue remained unsolved and that's what bothered me no end. Then after a while, they would simply put my call on hold for a long time where I had not option but to cut the call. But I didn’t give up and I kept calling them to inquire about the New Bingo Billy slow pay issue. Finally after 40 days,  I finally found the money on my account even though they deducted 20 percent of it on some lame penalty charges. I was too exhausted to pick up a fight with them over that all over again. I was just relieved to see most of the money. And with that I never visited or played on the site again. Dealing with the New Bingo Billy slow pay issue once was bad enough for me.
