When I joined New Bingo Billy, all I was
looking forward to was to play a good game of bingo. With traditional bingo
tournaments on the wane, people like me have to rely on the online version to
keep our passion alive. And how disappointing this site turned out to be. At
the first I just thought the site was poorly managed and the staff there at
their office were the least bothered that their website was losing visitors by
the dozen each day. However once you have used the site for a reasonable length
of time, you have no doubt about the fact that site is basically NewBingoBilly
Rogue scam.
I have my reasons to come to this
conclusion. For starters, the site offers really attractive rates for new
players. They were better than any Bingo site I could remember and the offers
were what forced me to join New Bingo Billy. You only realize the pricing
scheme once you start playing. I paid $20 during registration and got another
$60 as free in playing money. And I burnt through the entire amount in just a
week and I had not played all that much. At that point, I just thought all this
was a ploy to get players to join the site and in reality, their playing fees
are pretty much the same as compared to other sites.

My other major issue with the site was the
customer service. Their demeanour really made me feel like all this was nothing
but a NewBingoBilly Rogue scam. They
were so friendly and professional before I joined. But once I had made my first
deposit payment, there was a complete shift in attitude. They were no longer
all that eager about resolving any issues I might have had with the site. But
things got really bad when it was time to make the payment at the end of the
month.
They showed complete lack of empathy. My winnings were around $800 and I
could not make my withdrawal. The agent who spoke to me said, that the company
was going through management change and until that resolved, none of the
customers would be paid their winnings. This had to be the most bizarre excuse
ever. I realized that NewBingoBilly Rogue company were taking me for a ride and
I was about to have none of it. I began
screaming at the agent and she told me that it would take another 3 months to
release the payment. If that wasn’t bad enough, she also said if I could not
wait that long, they could close my account for me – even though my dues had
not been met.
My suspicions were confirmed. The
NewBingoBilly Rogue company is bogus and makes its money by fleecing customers
of their hard earned money. I do not know how the site treated its customers
before but with me, the quality of service has been beyond belief and I feel
completely cheated. May be the site was good before when it won a row of
awards, but when you talk about the year 2015, the company is run by a bunch of
cheats who do not care about customer satisfaction anymore. My experience with
the site has been so terrible that I completely avoided trying my luck with any
of the other bingo sites online.
