I Wish NewBIngoBilly Would Stop Its Slow Pay Tactics

NewBingoBilly has been really getting on my nerves of late. They start developing all kinds of problems when it comes to making payments. Either there is a problem with their servers or there is an issue with the playing software or their finance guy is on sudden leave because his mother died. I have heard all kinds of excuses in the last few months. All this has been extremely annoying since NewBingoBilly slow pay  has now become a constant problem with the site. The thing that irks me no end is that the excuses are getting more and more horrible. The bigger problem is the by extent of the delay.

The first time I experienced the NewBingoBilly slow pay problem was around 4 months back. I had to call customer care and file a complaint. They then called back again to confirm the complaints, I don’t know the logic behind that but still they pretended like they were looking into the issue. Then finally I got my money, it came in 2 weeks late and I thought that was the end of it. This was because I had been using the website for over a year, and up until the point slow pay had never been an issue.

So when the NewBingoBilly slow pay issue happened again the following month, I began to wonder if there was a pattern to it? Anyways, I again went through the same process of filing a complaint. I even sent an e-mail when nobody picked up my call. Then I had to call again and send an email again since there was no response. A week passed by and then I had to do the same thing again. This time, finally the agent called back to address the slow pay issue. I got the opportunity to hear the most bizarre excuse yet. It seems the management was being replaced and that is why day to day to operations were put on hold. It seems only the server guys were working to ensure the systems were up and running. So this time also there was the NewBingoBilly slow pay issue to deal with and it took me 3 weeks to get my payment.

I was already fed up the company because of the NewBingoBilly slow pay issue and was thinking about withdrawing the membership. I thought let me give this site a final chance since I had become comfortable here and I was making good money too. So to go looking for bingo sites elsewhere sounded like a lot of work. On the other hand, I couldn’t keep ignoring the payment issue if it kept happening time and again. The next month proceeded smoothly and I got my payment almost on time, it came a couple of days late but that was better than before.

Then in the following month, the NewBingoBilly slow pay thing repeated itself. And I was given the dead mother excuse which I thought sad as it was, was not good enough to stop a company from carrying out its obligations. So I am sitting and wondering if this is the last month of my membership with NewBingobilly or worse, if I would even get the money? Taking about money, I also wanted to know if other people have been experiencing the NewBingoBilly slow pay issue as well and if yes, how often? Some answers from other members would be nice. It could have a bearing on my future course of action.
