When I paid the welcome deposit on NewBingoBilly, I had no
idea what I was getting myself into. The site has a nice suite of games but
they seem quite outdated. Even the graphics look very ordinary. Sometimes I had
to file multiple NewBingoBilly complaints since the software would get stuck in
between games. And it used to be bizzare and I had to even reset everything. I
think the software is till full of bugs. But the biggest complaint is that of
non payment. By the end of the first month, I was supposed to get more than
$1500 in prize money. As I tried to click on the payment options, I could not
initiate the money withdrawal.
So I had no choice but to file another one of those NewBingoBilly complaints. I expected them to come up with some cock and bull
story for not releasing the payment. I guess server problems would be ideal
response while dealing with NewBingoBilly complaints but these guys really
outdid themselves when they said that my ID was being verified.
When I heard it for a second, I was little taken back but I
quickly understood and thought maybe maybe these guys were not being completely
unreasonable. If the ID verification is mandatory, surely it will take some
time to get it done. But they already had a month to get it verified, wasn’t
that enough?
So I asked them how long it would take to get the ID verified
and they replied back – 3 months. Now I was really pissed. And it got worse
when the agent didn’t shut up and kept talking. It seems even as my id was
being verified, I could go ahead and wager my winnings to play more games. How
gracious of them!!!
Anyways, coming back to the real issue, who takes 3 months
to check an id for a simple gaming site? That was absolutely stupid and I knew
I was being taken for a ride here. I also knew no matter how many NewBingoBilly
complaints I filed, these people are going to keep saying the same thing until
the 3 months got over. So I just let go of the issue. What else was I supposed
to do? I can’t be running behind every pillar and post filing multiple
NewBingoBilly complaints with all types of law enforcement agencies for $1500.
It was not an easy conclusion to come to. I saw some of the reviews from former
customers and their situation is a low worse since the site owes them months
worth of earnings. And they tried every legal course of action but nothing
turned out to be fruitful in the end.
