It’s been around 3 months since I last hear from the
customer support group at NewBingoBilly. I had been a member of their online
bingo site and the company still owes me $1700 in prize money. Every time I
made a request, the company has been offering one reason or the other to delay
sending the money. All this has been really frustrating and I am seriously
wondering if I need to go and file a NewBingoBilly complaint at the local
police station.
I am not sure what is wrong but things weren’t all this bad.
In fact during the first few months, I felt the quality of service was
excellent. But as time wore on, I started experiencing delays which required me
to call up their customer support office to file a NewBingoBilly complaint. The
people at the office mostly nice to me and worked to resolve any delays as
quickly as possible. However 6 months after joining the site, the service went
completely downhill. Ironically, this was the month when I had made a real
killing as I performed above expectations in one of the games and that led me
to win close to $2000. Otherwise I never usually make more than $300 at the
most.
When I tried to
initiate the withdrawal, the site would just freeze and I would have to restart
it again. It gets on my nerves every time that happened. This time though none
of that happened, the withdrawal button simply did not work. I called up
customer care to file a NewBingoBilly complaint and I was assured by the agent
that he will have his people look into the issue immediately and give me an
update within 48 hours. It took him 2 weeks to get in touch with me and this
was only because I had already called a couple of other times and had already
sent 2-3 emails as well requesting for a status update on the NewBingoBilly
complaint. I was already getting sick and tired of their service. I didn’t sign
up for this kind of treatment.
This time I was told by the agent that sorting my
NewBingoBilly complaint would take a little longer than usual because the
computer was going through a major server upgrade. And that their technicians
had frozen payment systems until the whole system was properly upgraded. I was
little loss for words and then asked me why none of the players were ever
informed about this. He said that he sent a mail which I am sure I never
received.
Anyways, I had no choice but to wait now. And I waited for
another couple of months. My NewBingoBilly complaint has still not been
resolved and my bank account hasn’t been credited with $1700 either. To make
matter worse, it has become even more difficult to get in touch with their
customer support team now. If I call them, it is put on hold for 10 minutes and
then the agent would say that he will call me back but that never happens. I
had no choice but to send e-mails.
During this time, I was wondering if other people too were
experiencing the same problem? Is there anyone whose NewBingoBilly complaint
involves that of non payment? If yes how do you deal with it. Above all that,
how do you get the employees to respond to your e-mails? Is it practical for me
to expect that they would release my winnings or should I just write it off as
bad debts? Any kind of advise on the issue would be much appreciated.
