There is no use making a NewBingoBilly complaint; no one will solve them


Online gaming is no more an alien term these days. Everyone is enjoying playing online games and they earn mega bucks. When my friend told me about New Bingo Billy, I thought of playing it because it is a cool concept of playing your favorite game from anywhere you want. I was super excited and I used my credit card for making the initial deposits. This was the biggest mistake I made. Unlike all my friends who play online games, I let the cheaters rip me off. Sometimes I feel really bad for making such a stupid mistake. I was not lucky like many others who win money playing Bingo, rather the Bingo company I selected was a fake who took my money. I made a NewBingoBilly complaint but nothing happened. This is a scam a complete fraud company and no one should play Bingo with them or any other fraud companies.
Here I will tell you all what happened with me so you can act wisely. I lost my money but I want to make people aware. So here is what happened. When I created my account with the fake and stupid company New Bingo Billy, I was so happy and excited that I made the payment through my credit card. I paid $100 as the initial deposits and I started playing the game. Since the game was not a tough job, I started winning. I won a lot and I played a lot. I made a lot of money which the company claimed to send within three weeks. So during this entire time I was be fooled by them. I was playing six days a week and almost three to four hours every day. I became addicted with the game. I stopped socializing with my friends and I used to rush back home from my office just to play more. I became greedy because I won a lot. But in the happiness of winning the games, I forgot to see that I was investing a lot too. So, it was not a fair game. However the company claimed to be a lot of things, a giant in Bingo and many other flashy things which I should have considered and got suspicious but I didn’t. Rather I was carried away with the fake dreams the company gave me.
After three weeks when according to me, my payment was due, I checked my account. No transaction was made. I immediately registered a NewBingoBilly complaint. The customer care executive representing the NewBingoBilly complaint section assured me that the money will flash in my account within a week. So, I waited. Sadly, nothing happened. Days, weeks and now months. I have been calling the NewBingoBilly complaint almost every day, but nothing is happening. I am so annoyed and one more thing, when my credit card details came, the money was deducted from my account but there is no mention of the company where I spent the money. This is such a fraud company, they cheated me and now I cannot do anything.
I filed one NewBingoBilly complaint after the other but knew nothing would ever come of it. This site has turned out to be a major disappointment.

NewBingoBilly Complaint Fell on Deaf Ears


Joining NewBingoBilly was one of my lifes biggest regrets. I am somebody who is generally very careful with money. I am very skeptical of online casino sites in general and for a long time stayed away from it. I have some fond memories of playing bingo as a teenager but all that took a back seat when I had to start working and once I started raising my own family, having any time for bingo became just impossible. 
So when my sister came and started speaking about this Bingo site, I was feeling sceptical so she decided to wait a month, get her first cash payment, have it deposited in her bank account and then show her statement to me.
Considering that she went through all these pains to prove the site was legitimate, I had no option but to sign up. But frankly at that point I was beyond convinced and was actually looking forward to playing lot and lots of bingo. I don’t know how, sometimes you are careful your entire life and then you make a mistake in that one moment and things turn up side down. Joining this bingo site turned out to be that moment for me because it didn’t take me too long  after filing my newbingobilly complaint to figure out that it was nothing but a scam. 
Ever since I joined, I have one NewBingoBilly complaint after the other. My biggest NewBingoBilly complaint though however is that of non payment. While my sister got her check on time, I dint get mine and I had made three times more than what she had made. So I had no choice but to get in touch with customer care, who by the way simply refused to attend my calls since they knew I could be incredibly annoying. If I feel scammed, I am relentless and get people to pay attention if they really do not want to. When I called them to file a NewBingoBilly complaint, they would simply put my call on hold, which I really hated. But I persisted with calling them until they had no choice but to pick up.
I was so mad at myself for joining the site even without doing a rudimentary background check on the site. Had I done that, not joining the site would have been the easiest decision to make in the world. Every where I saw, there was some form of NewBingoBilly complaint or the other. Authorities do not shut down the site because it is not an out and out scam. They people some people, the rest they just delay and stall until finally the player throws in the towel and quits. I guess my sister happened to be the lucky one here while I was left to look like a fool.
I called them every third day to get a status update on my NewBingoBilly complaint. But the people working there just didn’t care. My methods even though aggressive will work only when the company atleast has a semblance of professionalism left in it. But with this site, it was beyond redemption and that actually began to become clear to me a couple of weeks since my payment was overdue.
I began to realisz no matter what type of NewBingoBilly complaint I filed with the company, they just don’t care. I threatened them with legal action. The guy didn’t even react and it gave me the impression a lot of people must have said that before. 
So I went to a lawyer with my NewBingBilly complaint and hoped there would be some sort of positive outcome. Unfortunately even he recommended that I should forget a lawsuit since the company is based out of some third world country and that I would lose a lot of money in legal fees and then get nothing in return. 
Finally I came to terms with my plight and accepted that I am a victim of an online scam. It doesn’t feel good but I don’t have a choice, do I?

Just How Hard is it to File a NewBingoBilly Complaint?

If you have joined NewBingoBilly to enjoy a game of Bingo, you should be prepared for some high level stress also. The site is a regular defaulter on payments and there is no telling what will happen to you as a player. Some players make a lot of money while other make money but don’t get paid. The site can be very selective that way. I guess they have some kind of formula which they use to pick and drop players. Even if you fall in the category, that receives payments, you should expect delays more often than not. To get that cleared, you would have to file a NewBingoBilly complaint with the company, which is a separate journey to hell in itself. 

While filing the NewBingoBilly complaint, the staff will make sure that you go through the whole spectrum of emotions as a players. They will first jerk you around by not responding to your ticket. At first whenever, you had a complaint, they provided a complaint ticket so that you can receive status updates. These days, you should be feel lucky if they provide you with a NewBingoBilly complaint ticket. Things have become that unprofessional with the company. 

No matter how many times you send an email to the company requesting them to release your funds, you would never get a response. The worst is however when you talk on the phone. While making the NewBingoBilly complaint over the phone, you will hear the most disinterested employee of the ear. The only thing the person will say is “aa ha, hmm hmm” and that is it. And you will hear the phone click. Sometimes you will hear all kinds of background noise like its party atmosphere with blaring music. My friend had it way worse than me. He had filed more complaints than he could remember and he had completely lost his patience. He called them to threaten them in a way that it will get them working on their feet. However the reverse happened and my friend got abused by the customer support agent. 

He used all kinds of cuss words and my friend had no choice but to disconnect the call. He was so rankled by the call that he decided to file a NewBingoBilly complaint at the local police station. They however refused to help since cyber crimes are not their jurisdiction. The site owes me more than $6500 but I guess I have no option to write it off as bad debts. When a company even refuses to take a complaint, what can you do? I could file a lawsuit but I know it would cost me lot more in legal fees and I would again end up with nothing. This whole business with NewBingoBilly has been disastrous for my confidence and image. Never again am I trying my luck with another online gaming site. Once was more than bad enough!!

Will my NewBingoBilly complaint ever be listened to?


It’s been around 3 months since I last hear from the customer support group at NewBingoBilly. I had been a member of their online bingo site and the company still owes me $1700 in prize money. Every time I made a request, the company has been offering one reason or the other to delay sending the money. All this has been really frustrating and I am seriously wondering if I need to go and file a NewBingoBilly complaint at the local police station. 
I am not sure what is wrong but things weren’t all this bad. In fact during the first few months, I felt the quality of service was excellent. But as time wore on, I started experiencing delays which required me to call up their customer support office to file a NewBingoBilly complaint. The people at the office mostly nice to me and worked to resolve any delays as quickly as possible. However 6 months after joining the site, the service went completely downhill. Ironically, this was the month when I had made a real killing as I performed above expectations in one of the games and that led me to win close to $2000. Otherwise I never usually make more than $300 at the most.
When I tried to initiate the withdrawal, the site would just freeze and I would have to restart it again. It gets on my nerves every time that happened. This time though none of that happened, the withdrawal button simply did not work. I called up customer care to file a NewBingoBilly complaint and I was assured by the agent that he will have his people look into the issue immediately and give me an update within 48 hours. It took him 2 weeks to get in touch with me and this was only because I had already called a couple of other times and had already sent 2-3 emails as well requesting for a status update on the NewBingoBilly complaint. I was already getting sick and tired of their service. I didn’t sign up for this kind of treatment. 
This time I was told by the agent that sorting my NewBingoBilly complaint would take a little longer than usual because the computer was going through a major server upgrade. And that their technicians had frozen payment systems until the whole system was properly upgraded. I was little loss for words and then asked me why none of the players were ever informed about this. He said that he sent a mail which I am sure I never received.
Anyways, I had no choice but to wait now. And I waited for another couple of months. My NewBingoBilly complaint has still not been resolved and my bank account hasn’t been credited with $1700 either. To make matter worse, it has become even more difficult to get in touch with their customer support team now. If I call them, it is put on hold for 10 minutes and then the agent would say that he will call me back but that never happens. I had no choice but to send e-mails.
During this time, I was wondering if other people too were experiencing the same problem? Is there anyone whose NewBingoBilly complaint involves that of non payment? If yes how do you deal with it. Above all that, how do you get the employees to respond to your e-mails? Is it practical for me to expect that they would release my winnings or should I just write it off as bad debts? Any kind of advise on the issue would be much appreciated.

Security Verification Takes Forever at NewBingoBilly and You Still Get Nothing


I joined NewBingoBilly after seeing one their ads while casually surfing the web. They were offering exclusive welcome deposits to new players and I felt I should take advantage of that. When I compared it to other sites, sure enough NewBingoBilly was offering considerably discounts to new players. So I joined without thinking twice and that ended up being one of my biggest regrets. 

I can cope with being cheated by a company but with my NewBingoBilly complaint it was much different. They keep giving you hope for weeks at an end only to pull the rug under your feet finally. All that waiting ends up adding to your woes and you feel totally foolish for having registered even in the first place. 
For me it all started when I tried to get my payments released at the end of the month. I had been using the site for the said period of time and the experience up until that point had been stellar. I was making good progress as a player and by the end of the month, I even managed to win $1800. This is no meagre amount for a beginner and I was actually looking forward to playing more. But things came to stop, when I could not get my payment due to some glitch in the software. 
I dialled the customer support folks to file a NewBingoBilly complaint. They were sympathetic to my situation and assured immediate assistance. They called back after a couple of days to let me know that to have my winnings released, they have to first conduct a security verification. This was apparently a standard procedure for new entrants. I thought since the online world is flush with criminals, companies like NewBingoBilly need to put in these checks and balances to keep the businesses above water. It took me a long time to  figure out that NewBingoBilly was nothing short of being a criminal in itself and the whole site business was nothing but a scam. 
Anyways, I was told to wait to have my identity verified. I said ok and asked how long? They said it would take three months. I gasped in disbelief and could not understand what on earth would take so long to verify? Still, I decided it would be best to comply with the process. And things got progressively worse from here on. While making the NewBingoBilly complaint, I was also told that in order to have the payment release, I also need to make an additional deposit of $20. This is supposed to be a part of the verification process. With $1800 at stake, I felt it would not be too much harm to shell out another $20 and did what was asked of me. 
Three months passed and I could not still not get my payment released. All this while, I had been waiting looking at the calendar and wondering if my money would turn up as promised. I called the agent to file another NewBingoBilly complaint when it didn’t. 
Sadly, this was when the rug was pulled from under my feet. I had to listen to a new kind of nonsense. My account now had been suspended since I was not compliant with the playing rules and even my deposit amount had been depleted to zero as a penalty.

It seems I was supposed to keep playing for a certain stretch of time to be liable to receive payments. Since I had not used the site for over three months, the company decided to not release my winnings. They also pocketed the $20 deposit I had made to make this whole payment possible in the first place. 
Waiting three months was bad enough and then you still end up being treated like this. It was clear at this point no matter how many NewBingoBilly complaint I filed, I was never going to see a penny.  And I was done trying to imagine any other scenario. My experience with online bingo has made me very wary of casino sites in general.
