My account has been frozen for the last 4 weeks and I am tired
of arguing with customer service. Every time I talk to them not only do they
ask me to repeat the same information endlessly, but keep coming up with
unrealistic excuses for their clearly malfunctioning site. Thins all started when New Bingo Billy switched software at the end of August. I actually lost my
access midgame, which was looking pretty good. Who knows I could’ve had Bingo.
It took several days to reach them and they told me it was my fault
immediately. When I couldn’t log on for another few days, they said it was
because of the change over and money remaining unclaimed in my account.
Ridiculous!
