How to report this?

I have been playing on New Bingo Billy for over 2 years and it is only this last few months that things really started going downhill. Nowadays I seem to have no chance at winning even a single line and there is no apparent reason why that should be so, unless this site is cheating. Other’s have mentioned house players and disappearing balls. I have seen a lot of that myself recently. I am just surprised that a gambling site with so many complaints against it is allowed to still function. What can we do to investigate these claims further as consumers? Hs anyone contacted the better business bureau or any similar government agency regarding these scams? What are our options?

Suspicious of New Bingo Billy

I was suspicious of New Bingo Billy, when I first joined up. I am new to online gaming, suffered an injury recently, need something to occupy my time. It didn’t let me win for days, until finally I got a few lines at the end of my first week. Was quite excited, glad that everything seemed legit, so I deposited more and started playing with slightly higher bets. Everything was ok, until last Monday, when the site wouldn’t let me log on. Frozen account

My account has been frozen for the last 4 weeks and I am tired of arguing with customer service. Every time I talk to them not only do they ask me to repeat the same information endlessly, but keep coming up with unrealistic excuses for their clearly malfunctioning site. Thins all started when New Bingo Billy switched software at the end of August. I actually lost my access midgame, which was looking pretty good. Who knows I could’ve had Bingo. It took several days to reach them and they told me it was my fault immediately. When I couldn’t log on for another few days, they said it was because of the change over and money remaining unclaimed in my account. Ridiculous!

I want to give 0 stars to New Bingo Billy. It is absolutely worthless. Played for a week spending $100 daily and haven’t won squat. Nothing over 5 bucks, I haven’t even come close to a decent jackpot. Meanwhile, I can see the same people on the leaderboard, day after day. I did a rough count of one user’s winnings and it came out to like 23 thousand in just one week. How is that possible? There is a betting limit, so the guy must be winning like 90% of the time and playing constantly. Is this a site admin getting rich by cheating everyone else? What are the actual odds or such a disparity between us, I wonder.

New Bingo Billy - A Total Waste of Time and Money

I started my time with New Bingo Billy on a good note. Since my college days, I loved to play bingo. However, there are lots of differences between this and the traditional version. With New Bingo Billy, there is no dealer making things a little complicated. Everything depends on the software installed in the site. With some effort, I won couple of the games, which took my total earnings in the month to a total of $675. At that point, I felt lucky to win this amount of money within a month of registration.

I didn’t get the payment because the withdrawal option from the website wouldn’t work. In order to file a complaint, I call on the customer support number who gave me shocker news. They say me that my ID needs to be verified because I was a first time user and it will take 6 months to verify it. However, they assured me that I will get all my prize money and until my ID got verified, I should keep playing. This completely shocked me and  made me very angry.

I was wondering why they would need so much time  just to verify my basic background. For me, this whole thing made no sense and from that time, I began to suspect the possibility of a New Bingo Billy scam. I guess, they were just waiting for, when I would lose all the money I had just earned or I get frustrated to leave it.

I again called the customer support number and asked them, why no one told me that it would take 3 months for verification process at the time of joining. Their executive replied that the law was brought into effect only last week. Now I was certain that it is a scam and there could be no other explanation because there was no new law processed in the last week.

I couldn’t believe how bad my luck was. There was no choice for me except to take a legal action. So, I made a decision to let it go and move on with my life.

While being busy at work, I used to frequently get calls from New Bingo Billy, an online gaming company specializing in bingo games. They would be making all sorts of offers to get my attention. So in a way I was a little glad that I stopped by to read the reviews. New Bingo Billy Owes Me More Than $3K

I feel completely ripped off after becoming a member of New Bingo Billy. It is supposed to be one of the top bingo sites on the internet. In my opinion, the site is nothing but a scam and I have the evidence to prove it. UX stands for User Experience, something the New Bingo Billy players may not be too familiar with.  When you visit a website associated with one of the big names in the betting business, you have high expectations for comfort and entertainment.  The NewBingoBilly website sadly falls short of those expectations.

There are a lot of issues crippling the site.  In fact, here are just a few of them:
